This will be a hype chain pendant. Please create the 3D model for it. The largest direction should be about 170mm, doesn't have to be exact. The back should be a solid color, I think red is fine. The front needs to be textured, like 3D. So, The dog should look like it's 3D and it's face, at least, should be coming out of the surface. The letters and fire hydrant should have some 3D texture as well. Maybe texture isn't the right word, but it should look like it's 3D and not just a 2D print. Do not include the hook to connect it to a chain, I will add that myself. So, I like your concept, just remove the hook and connection at the top.
